The online booking is very easy to use and the communication is great once booked. Sharna has a very intuitive sense of my body and is easily able to identify problem areas and have me leaving feeling much lighter and relaxed with no pain. Will highly recommend.

Sharna is magic I had considerably pain and loss of movement from a frozen shoulder. Every medical practitioner told me it would resolve itself over time but there was nothing that could be done to quicken the process. Shana proved that she could remove the pain and provide better mobility in just one session. Absolutely brilliant
